Police Investigate Discovery of Body in Belle Haven
Mount Vernon Police District – Police responded to the Belle Haven
Marina, located at 6401 George Washington Parkway on Monday, January 2
around 9:10 a.m. for a report of a found body. Two recreational boaters
discovered the body of an adult male in the river and called police.
Exact cause of death will be determined by the Office of the Chief
Medical Examiner. The investigation continues.
