Reston Man Missing
Reston Police District – Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 78-year-old man who has been missing since around 5 p.m. Saturday, February 11. The man suffers from dementia and is in need of daily medications. He was reportedly on his way to a grocery store but never returned home.
Robert Alfred Mercure of the 11400 block of Bingham Terrace is driving a 2000 black Buick Le Sabre. The license place is VA YLX-2311. He is described as white, 6 feet tall, 183 pounds, white hair and white closely cropped beard. He was wearing a waist-length green jacket, beige sweater, blue pants, black shoes and a blue baseball cap at the time of his disappearance.
