Sex Offense in Falls Church

Mason Police District – Police are investigating the report of an alleged sex offense that occurred inside the Target store located at 5115 Leesburg Pike on Tuesday, June 19 shortly before 8 p.m. The victim, a 38-year old Arlington woman was shopping when she felt someone or something touch underneath her skirt, near the back of her thigh. She turned abruptly and saw a man jump away from her. At the same time, she noticed a bright flash, as from a camera. The man turned and walked briskly away. The victim notified Target security immediately and police were contacted. Surveillance video from the store confirms the victim’s account.

The suspect was described as Hispanic, 25 to 35 years old, and 5 feet 5 to 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 155 to 170 pounds. He had dark hair and was wearing light colored slacks, a light colored shirt and white shoes. He was last seen getting into the passenger side of a white box truck.
