Third Accidental Death Related to June 29 Storm
McLean Police District - Dylan Shawn Cooper, 19, of 2128 Haycock Road in Falls Church died on Sunday, July 15, as a result of injuries he sustained on Friday, June 29 shortly after 11 p.m. Cooper was found unconscious, in the vicinity of downed power lines on Haycock Road.
The office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined the cause of death to be electrocution and the manner to be accidental.
