A Month-long Celebration of Cats and Kittens!



            Have you ever considered bringing a loving, homeless pet into your home and family? If so, consider adopting a furry feline from the Fairfax County Animal Shelter. The month of July has been designated as “Extravacatza” and all adoptive families will receive the following:

  • Half-off adoption fees on cats and kittens
  • Free spay and neuter on all cats and kittens
  • Gift bags for all senior cat adopters
  • Animal Shelter open until 9pm every Wednesday for evening adoptions

Already own a cat but still want to take part in the fun?

  • Every Saturday, come get advice from one of our cat experts! (July 6, 13, 20, 27)
  • Learn proper handling techniques and enrichment idea at one of our FREE classes! (dates tba)
  • Join us for a special social hour to talk about helping cats in Fairfax County!  (July 18)
