Bank Robbery in the Hybla Valley Area

            Mount Vernon Police District - Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred Friday, October 4.  Around 12:30 p.m. a man entered the TD Bank located at 6615 Richmond Highway, and demanded money. The bank teller complied and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no injuries.

            The suspect was described as black, medium build, and wearing a gray shirt and dark pants.

            Police have reason to believe that this bank robbery may be related to previous robberies at the same bank. Information on the previous incidents may be found here:
