Critical Missing Adult

Mount Vernon Police District – Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 37-year-old Terence S. Dougherty. He left his home in the 7500 block of Grey Goose Way in Alexandria voluntarily on Tuesday, December 3 around 4 p.m. Dougherty’s recent behavior has raised concern for his mental health and for his physical well-being.

He is approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 215 pounds. He has brown, close-cut hair and hazel eyes. He has a tattoo that looks similar to ocean waves, on his left shoulder. He might be wearing blue jeans and carrying a black backpack and a blue gym bag.

Dougherty drives a gold Hyundai Sonata with Texas tags and is known to frequent the Suitland, Maryland area.
