Man Stabbed in Springfield

            A 24-year-old Springfield man was stabbed on Thursday, November 29 at about 10:25 p.m. The victim was in the 7000 block of Commerce Street in Springfield when a man approached. The suspect stabbed the victim several times in the upper body. The victim was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

            The suspect is a white, possibly Hispanic, man. He was wearing a black jacket and jeans. He was possibly driving a blue, two-door vehicle.
