Fairfax County Police Department Detectives Investigate Additional Burglaries
Detectives in the Alexandria section of the Franconia District are investigating recent residential burglaries and attempted burglaries occurring on weekdays, during daytime hours, between February 13 and 21, 2012. The incidents have occurred in the following areas:
At this time, it has not been determined whether the same suspect(s) are also involved in a similar series of cases still under investigation in close proximity to these incidents. The burglar(s) have stolen jewelry, electronics, and money from the homes. Detectives are urging residents to call police regarding anyone suspicious in your neighborhoods. If safe to do so, photograph the suspicious person or vehicle, especially the license plate, and make the call! Detectives are continuing their investigation. Police ask that you remain vigilant and call Fairfax County Police at 703-691-2131 if you see any suspicious people, solicitors or vehicles.
