Fairfax County Police Department Franconia Detectives Solve Numerous Burglaries
Detectives at the Franconia District Station announce that nine residential burglary cases have been solved. Though they continue to investigate the possibility that others may also be involved, at least four juveniles and two adults allegedly worked in concert committing burglaries in Springfield and Alexandria sections of the Franconia District. All cases took place between August 10, 2011 and March 9, 2012, during daytime hours, in the following areas:
All of the juvenile offenders have been charged. Andre Wilson, 18, of Grange Lane in Alexandria has been charged with burglary offenses and also with Contributing to the Delinquency of Minors. Warrants are outstanding for the other adult suspect in these cases. He has been identified as 20 year old, Kibruysfa Degefa of Alexandria.
