Fax 703-719-6436 www.fairfaxcounty.gov/police/stations/franconia Date Released 06/19/12 Contact: Officer Roger Henriquez / 703-922-0889 Information Bulletin: 2012-0960215 Franconia Detectives Conduct Search Warrant               On June 12, Franconia Officers and Detectives conducted a search warrant at Mexico Lindo Restaurant Nightclub located at 8786 Richmond Highway in the Mount Vernon area of Alexandria.  The search warrant was conducted as a result of an embezzlement case investigated by Fairfax County Detectives which originated at the Springfield Mall.             Franconia Officers arrested Ever Aguilar of 2687 Arlington Drive in Alexandria, Mary Contreras of 6717 Harrison Lane in Alexandria, and Nathan Bryant of 2702 Sherwood Hall Lane in Alexandria. The investigation revealed that the subjects were embezzling and taking merchandise from the Home Depot in the Springfield area of Fairfax County.  The items stolen from the Home Depot were being utilized for business operations and were recovered as evidence during the search warrant.   ### To request this information in an alternate format, call the Franconia District Station at 703.922.0889.  TTY 711
