Fairfax County Police Department Highgrove Estates Walk & Talk
Police Officers and Auxiliary Officers of the Franconia District Station walked through the Highgrove Estates Community Thursday evening.
While visiting every home, officers invited children to the Franconia Station Kid’s Open House on August 18, and cards were given to all residents. The cards contain emergency and non-emergency phone numbers for the Fairfax County Police Department, as well as the Franconia District website address, and useful reminders for safety and security of property. We also asked that citizens check the website regularly for new information such as weekly crime summaries, information about upcoming car seat inspections, and current cases officers in the Franconia District are working.
Residents were reminded to secure valuables, lock cars, doors, and gates, and close garage doors overnight. Officers also requested they always call in suspicious activity. ### To request this information in an alternate format, call the Franconia District Station at 703.922.0889. TTY 711 |
