This crime summary is organized by Police Service Area (PSA).

Burglary, 4400 Block of JOHN MARR DR, 6/19/11. A restaurant
owner returned to his business to find that the front door’s window
had been broken; money was taken from the register and from the tip
jar.
Auto Theft, 6300 Block of EDSALL RD, 6/20/11. An individual
reported that his vehicle had been stolen.
Auto Theft, 6300 Block of EDSALL RD, 6/21/11. An individual
reported that his vehicle had been stolen.
Destruction of Private Property, 6300 Block of FENTON CT,
6/21/11. An individual returned to a vehicle to find that the
driver’s side door lock and ignition was damaged.
Auto Theft, 7200 Block of PINE DR, 6/22/11. An individual
reported that his vehicle had been stolen.
Disorderly Conduct, 4300 Block of RAVENSWORTH RD, 6/22/11.
An individual was threatening customers and employees at a gym.
Larceny, 5600 Block of HERSHEY LN, 6/22/11. An individual’s
gym set was stolen from his front porch.
ABC Violation, ADAMS PARK CT / RAVENSWORTH RD, 6/24/11.
Following a traffic stop during which the driver was under the
influence, a passenger was charged with having an open container of
alcohol.

Larceny, 6400 Block of BRANDON AVE, 6/19/11. Two
individuals reported having money stolen from their purses, which
were left in a locked hotel room.
Destruction of Private Property, 7000 Block of SPRING
GARDEN DR, 6/20/11. An individual returned to his vehicle to find
that the rear, passenger-side tire had been cut.
Drugs, ATTEENTEE RD / JUNE ST, 6/20/11. An individual was
found to be in possession of marijuana.
Drugs, BLAND ST / BRANDON AVE, 6/21/11. Following a traffic
stop, an individual was found to be in possession of dangerous
drugs.
Larceny, 7100 Block of KINSDALE CT, 6/21/11. A taxi cab
driver’s vehicle, with GPS, was stolen from outside of his home.
Larceny, 6900 Block of ESSEX AVE, 6/21/11. An individual
reported that items had been taken from her home by acquaintances.
Larceny, 6400 Block of SPRINGFIELD PLZ, 6/21/11. An
individual attempted to scam a grocery store employee into giving
him additional money in change.
Destruction of Private Property, 7500 Block of OLD KEENE
MILL RD, 6/22/11. An individual returned to his vehicle to find
that both passenger side windows had been shattered.
Drunk in Public,7000 Block of BROOKFIELD PLZ, 6/22/11. An
intoxicated individual was being aggressive toward individuals in a
parking lot.
Robbery, 7000 Block of BROOKFIELD PLZ, 6/25/11. An
individual was robbed by three suspects, who held a gun to the
victim and stabbed him twice in the back.

Larceny, 5700 Block of SOUTH VAN DORN ST, 6/19/11. An
individual returned to his rental car to find all four tires
missing; the vehicle had been left on blocks.
Drugs, FRANCONIA RD / INWOOD DR, 6/20/11. Following a
traffic stop, an individual was found to be in possession of
marijuana.
Destruction of Private Property, 6300 Block of SIMMER CIR,
6/21/11. An individual reported that two juveniles were writing in
the newly-laid wet sidewalk cement.
Destruction of Private Property, 3200 Block of CAMPBELL DR,
6/21/11. An individual reported that a rock had been thrown through
his bay window during the night.
Destruction of Private Property, 5700 Block of CLERMONT DR,
6/21/11. An individual reported that her vehicle had been egged.
Drunk in Public, 5500 Block of BURGUNDY PL, 6/22/11. Two
individuals got into a heated argument; one of the individuals
broke a window.
Drugs, EISENHOWER CONNECTOR TO I95 SB / I95 SB, 6/22/11.
Following a traffic stop, an individual was found to be in
possession of dangerous drugs.
Larceny, 6600 Block of FRONTIER DR, 6/22/11. An individual
attempted to leave a store without paying the correct amount for
the merchandise.
Vehicle Tampering, 5500 Block of BURGUNDY PL, 6/23/11. An
individual reported seeing five young males and three young females
around his vehicle; one of the males kicked his vehicle.
Destruction of Private Property, 6100 Block of OLD
TELEGRAPH RD, 6/24/11. An individual reported that his driver’s
side windows had been shot out by a BB or pellet gun.
Destruction of Private Property, CRAFT RD / FRANCONIA RD,
6/25/11. An individual reported that his driver’s side windows had
been shot out with a BB gun.
Larceny, 6500 Block of SPRINGFIELD MALL, 6/25/11. An
individual’s wallet was stolen after he left it on top of a gaming
machine at an arcade.

Auto Theft, 6000 Block of STODDARD CT, 6/19/11. An
individual reported that a motorcycle had been stolen.
Auto Theft, 7000 Block of ASHLEIGH MANOR CT, 6/19/11. An
individual reported that their vehicle had been stolen.
Destruction, 5800 Block of FRANCONIA RD, 6/19/11. Graffiti
was painted in various places on school property.
Destruction of Private Property, 7500 Block of BLANFORD CT,
6/20/11. An individual reported that a group of juveniles had
smeared feces on his vehicle.
Destruction of Private Property, 7700 Block of EFFINGHAM
SQ, 6/20/11. An individual reported that the window of a vehicle’s
driver’s side door had been broken.
Drunk in Public, 7000 Block of MANCHESTER BLVD, 6/22/11. An
aggressive individual at a fast food restaurant was determined to
be drunk in public.
Larceny, 6400 Block of ROCKSHIRE CT, 6/22/11. An individual
reported that his work van had been broken into; various tools had
been stolen.
Larceny, 6600 Block of TELEGRAPH RD, 6/23/11. An individual
reported that his gym bag had been stolen from his locker.
Destruction of Private Property, 5800 Block of KINGSTOWNE
BLVD, 6/24/11. A taxi cab driver reported that his passenger side
window had been broken.
Drunk in Public, 7000 Block of MANCHESTER BLVD, 6/25/11. An
intoxicated individual was unruly outside of a bar after his wife,
who was also intoxicated, was determined to be in need of medical
assistance.

Destruction of Private Property, 8900 Block of WAITES WAY,
6/19/11. An individual reported that her ex-boyfriend had smashed
her vehicle’s windows and thrown a rock through the front window of
her townhome.
Drunk in Public, CULLUM ST / LAGRANGE ST, 6/20/11. An
individual, who was found sleeping in a public park, was determined
to be intoxicated.
Larceny, 7800 Block of SHEPHERD HILLS CT, 6/20/11. An
individual reported that pieces of jewelry were missing from his
basement closet.
Larceny, 8800 Block of LAGRANGE ST, 6/20/11. An individual
reported that cash was stolen from her vehicle, which had been left
unlocked.
Larceny, 7600 Block of WOLFORD WAY, 6/21/11. An individual
accidentally left his wallet at a gas station, where it was picked
up by another customer. The customer told the clerk that he
would return it to the individual, but the wallet was not returned.
Larceny, 7800 Block of LEWIS CHAPEL CIR, 6/21/11. An
individual reported that her iPod and iPad were both stolen from
her apartment, which she had left unlocked.
Larceny, 9400 Block of RICHMOND HWY, 6/23/11. An individual
left a store without paying for merchandise.
Larceny, WALDREN DR / WOLFORD WAY, 6/24/11. Two individuals
ran away before paying their taxi cab fare.
ABC Violation, 10400 Block of GUNSTON RD, 6/25/11. A
juvenile was found to be intoxicated.
Larceny, 8500 Block of TERMINAL RD, 6/25/11. An individual
reported that his catalytic converter had been stolen from his
vehicle.
Larceny, 8500 Block of TERMINAL RD, 6/25/11. An individual
reported that her catalytic converter had been stolen from her
vehicle.
