Tysons Corner Property Holdings LLC

Mr. Chairman

The Planning Commission has scheduled the decision only date for the Tysons Corner Center Mall rezoning application RZ/FDP 2004-PR-044. The applicant has requested a date certain scheduling of their Board public hearing following the Planning Commission decision.

Motion

To that end, I move that the Board authorize a public hearing to be held on January 22, 2007 for RZ/FDP 2004-PR-044.

This motion does not relieve the applicant from complying with all regulations, ordinances, or adopted standards, and does not prejudice the consideration of the rezoning application in any way.
