Craven Property/Frank’s Nursery

Mr. Chairman:

Sekas Homes, the applicant of RZ 2006-PR-008 has requested that their case be scheduled to be heard by the board before the end of this year. The applicant understands that fulfillment of their request is in no way an endorsement of their pending application. I expect that the applicant will continue to cooperatively work with county staff, residents and my office.

Motion:

Therefore, I move that the Board of Supervisors direct the Director of the Department of Planning and Zoning to schedule RZ 2006-PR-008 for a public hearing before the Board of Supervisors on December 4, 2006.

This motion does not prejudice in any way the consideration this Rezoning application nor does it relieve the applicant from compliance with the provisions of all the applicable ordinances, regulations or adopted standards.
