Mr. Chairman:
The planning for the Oakton Library has progressed to the point that the zoning application PCA/FDPA 1998-PR-027 has been submitted and accepted by the Department of Planning and Zoning.

Motion:

To help facilitate this next step in the process I move that the Board Supervisors direct the Department Planning and Zoning to expedite the review of PCA/FDPA 1998-PR-027.

This motion does not relieve the applicants from compliance with the provisions of all applicable ordinances, regulations, and adopted standards and does not prejudice in any way the consideration of the pending review of the PCA and FDPA applications.
