Concurrent Processing of
PCA 2004-PR-024

Mr. Chairman
William Giery, the applicant of PCA 2004-PR-024, has
requested that he be permitted to submit his site plan
for concurrent review by DPWES. Mr. Giery has assured
me that he fully understands that he may run the risk
of potentially having to redesign and resubmit a new
site plan if substantial design changes occur during
PCA review process.
Motion
To
that end and with the applicants full understanding
of the risks associated with concurrent site plan processing,
I move that the Board approve concurrent processing
of the site plan for the pending PCA 2004-PR-024.
This
motion does not relieve Mr. Giery from compliance with
the provisions of all applicable ordinances, regulations,
and adopted standards and does not prejudice in any
way the consideration of his Proffered Condition Amendment
application.
