of Additional Time for Special Exception Application

Chairman:
At
our meeting on March 13th, on my motion the Board approved
three months of additional time for Special Exception
Application SE 2003-PR-005. Unfortunately, there is
some ambiguity as to the new expiration date. My motion
was for three additional months from the March 13th
Board meeting rather than the original expiration date.
Motion:
Therefore,
I ask, without objection, that the Board direct staff
to process the documentation for SE 2003-PR-005 with
a new expiration date of June 13, 2006.
