Concurrent Processing of RZ 2004-PR-033

Mr. Chairman:

Vintage Crest, LC the applicant of RZ 2004-PR-033, has requested that they be permitted to submit their site plan for concurrent review by DPWES. Vintage Crest, LC has assured me that they fully understand that they run the risk of potentially having to redesign and resubmit a new site plan if substantial design changes occur during the rezoning process.

Motion

To that end and with the applicants full understanding of the risks associated with concurrent site plan processing, I move that the Board approve concurrent processing of the site plan for the pending rezoning RZ/FDP 2003-PR-009.

This motion does not relieve the Vintage Crest, LC from compliance with the provisions of all applicable ordinances, regulations, and adopted standards and does not prejudice in any way the consideration their Rezoning and PCA applications.
