Fairlee RPPD Removal Board Matter

BOARD MATTER

November 15, 2004

Mr. Chairman: It has come to my attention that it is necessary to formally remove the "Fairlee # 10 RPPD" in my district. With the consolidation of the Fairlee neighborhood and the lack of homeowners in the area there is no need for a RPPD in the former Fairlee neighborhood.

Therefore, I ask unanimous consent that staff proceed with the removal of this RPPD.
