There are small residential communities dating back decades among newer townhomes and condominiums all doted with picturesque parks and one of the largest shopping and business centers in the country, Tysons Corner. This has all grown from what was once farmland, railroads, small towns and wilderness. Providence District has a rich, fascinating, and sometimes surprising history.
