Date Certain Board Scheduling of
SE 2004-PR-037

Mr. Chairman:

Anthony Tedder the applicant of SE 2004-PR-037 has requested that he be permitted to submit his site plan for concurrent review by DPWES. Mr. Tedder has assured me that he fully understands that he may run the risk of potentially having to redesign and resubmit a new site plan if substantial design changes occur during Special Exception process. Mr. Tedder has also asked for a date certain public hearing of May 23, 2005.

Motion

To that end and with the applicants full understanding of the risks associated with concurrent site plan processing, I move that the Board approve concurrent processing of the site plan for the pending SE 2004-PR-037.

I further move that the Board approve the date certain scheduling of SE 2004-PR-037 before the Board of Supervisors on May 23, 2005.

This motion does not relieve Mr. Tedder from compliance with the provisions of all applicable ordinances, regulations, and adopted standards and does not prejudice in any way the consideration of his Special Exception application.
