Background

The Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) previously provided comments on this application on February 18, 2005, and November 18, 2005. Those reports presented an assessment of park and recreational issues at that time. Since then, the applicant has worked with the County to resolve the outstanding issues related to impacts to parks and recreation.
