a variety of fun, exciting, and educational choices for Fairfax
County residents 55 years of age or older.

You can learn to use computers and the Internet, receive information and referrals for health and other needed services, maintain health and wellness through physical activities, and have nutritious lunch time meals. We have a very relaxed setting where friends can get together to play cards, exercise, take a class in ceramics or other arts and crafts and participate in one of many of our discussion groups. Most activities are free and transportation may be available.
