Family Caregiver Forum

In recognition of National Family Caregiver Month, please join us for an informative panel discussion on the Body, Mind and Spirit.  Panelists include: Mary Porter, Food Educator and Counselor; Susan Kipp, Nurse; and Reverend Dr. Janae Moore, Senior Counseling Education and Chaplain for Capital Hospice.  Exhibitors will also be on-site.  There is no charge for this event, but advance registration is required.
