RENTAL ADU OCCUPANCY AFFIDAVIT
Each tenant leasing an ADU must annually provide the Landlord with a signed, notarized affidavit, on the attached form, that the tenant continues to occupy the ADU as their domicile. Failure to provide the affidavit results in termination of the lease. A copy of each affidavit must be provided to the Department of Housing and Community Development.
