The Golden Gazette is a free, 24-page
monthly newspaper dedicated to informing and serving senior adults in the
greater Fairfax area, which includes Fairfax County and the cities of
Fairfax and Falls Church.
There are regular features such as Caregiver's Corner, Senior Center
Highlights, the Community Calendar, as well as health, legal, financial
and consumer issues.
The Golden Gazette, which is published by the Fairfax Area Agency
on Aging, is now in its 31st year. It is mailed to over 20,000
households, as well as distributed to county libraries, senior centers,
senior residences, other agencies, and medical facilities.
ADVERTISING
Limited display advertising is accepted. The
deadline is the first of the month one month in advance of the month of
publication (e.g., January 1 is the deadline for the February
issue).
