The Infant & Toddler Connection of Fairfax-Falls Church Provides evaluations and early intervention services to eligible infants and toddlers who have a developmental delay and who are younger than three years old. Families concerned about their child's development are encouraged to call 703-246-7121, TTY is 703-324-4495.
Offers comprehensive mental
health services to young children (birth through 6 years) and
their parents.

- "Success by 6" Projects located in Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax
- Designed and implemented by SCAN of Northern Virginia, Hispanic Committee of Virginia, Healthy Families Alexandria and Easter Seals in Fairfax, with support from United Way.

JSSA helps children, adolescents and their parents cope with behavioral and emotional challenges that impact their sense well-being, relationships, and school performance. JSSA's team of social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists can provide:
- Individual therapy, family therapy, emotional and psychological testing and evaluations, social skills therapy groups
- Educational and neuropsychological testing and assessment, psychiatric services, information and referral, early childhood intervention services (ages 0-5), case management and advocacy services, support groups for parents and siblings
- JSSA also has a comprehensive program for
children, teens, and adults with learning, attention and development
disabilities
