TextAdult Detention Center-Visiting Policy
Visiting days are Saturday and Sunday. Inmates are allowed ONE visit
per weekend. Visitors MUST BE PRESENT 30 minutes prior to their scheduled
visit.
The deadline to schedule your visit for the upcoming weekend is 3:30 p.m. on THURSDAY unless otherwise noted above or on the web form. Requests for the following weekend will not be accepted until after 3 p.m. on Friday.
Online scheduling is fast and easy. Your request will be approved or denied via e-mail, usually within 48 hours. Do NOT come to the Adult Detention Center unless you receive an e-mailed confirmation approving your visit. Please review all personal visiting rules before you schedule a visit.
If you do not have access to e-mail, you may schedule your visit by calling the Sheriff’s Office at 703-246-3430, Monday through Friday, between 9 - 11 a.m. The phone line is often busy, but every attempt will be made to answer your call during those two hours.
A third option is to schedule your visit in person. Walk-in scheduling is available at the Adult Detention Center's 2nd floor information booth Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.
There are no exceptions to the dates and times listed above.
