To begin your search on these documents current to 90 days, do the following:
Select an item from the "Search By" drop-down
menu and click "Go."
In a case number search, enter the case number exactly as it appears on the document. Omit any spaces and dashes from a case number. Hit search.
For a name search, type the last name, followed by a comma and a space. Then type the first name, followed by a space and the middle name. Hit search.
If your document has no case number and it is a 5-Day-Pay-or-Quit or a
30-Day-Vacate, your case number would be RN.
If you are a county agency and you are serving a letter of violation or
notification, your case number would be LETTER.
If your service is a non-court issued mechanics lien, your case number
would be MECH LIEN.
- The search result list displays a maximum of 50 records.
- The search function is for completed services only.
- Garnishment services with "Not Found" are not included in the search.
- Protective Orders are not available through a Web search. This information is confidential and the Sheriff's Office cannot release it.
If you would like to print the result of your search, please set your printer orientation to "landscape," which is usually found under "preferences" in your print menu.
