or money order. No other form of payment will be accepted.

$75 for out-of-state service. Payment must be a certified check
or money order. No other form of payment will be accepted.
If you would like proof of general or out-of-state service, please include two copies of the documents to be served AND a self-addressed stamped envelope.

$100 for posting of Sheriff's Sale notice. Payment may be cash
or check.
All other civil fees are payable to the Fairfax County General District Court, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA 22030.
