Upon admission and classification, inmates are allowed reasonable access to phones to make official and personal outgoing phone calls. Inmates may call free of charge to their attorneys, probation and parole officers, bonding agents, and some community agencies. All personal calls, whether local or long distance, must be collect calls.
Friends and family of inmates now can establish a PRE-PAID COLLECT ACCOUNT online to receive calls from the Adult Detention Center and/or the Pre-Release Center.
