The West Springfield Government Center offers
Fairfax County residents and not-for-profit community groups the
opportunity to reserve (for free) meeting space in the Community Room.
This room can hold up to 60 people and contains one podium, a projection
screen, a white board, and a television equipped with cable and a VCR.
All organizations wishing to reserve the Community Room must complete an
application, available at the link below, and mail or fax to
Supervisor Herrity's Office. Once you have faxed in your completed
form, please call and confirm your reservation.
Please note the following:
-
The room is scheduled on a first come first served basis.
-
The Community Room
can only be booked one month prior to a
meeting and cannot be used on a regular basis.
-
Groups will be limited to one (1) regular use per month.
Additional occasional needs may be met on a space-available
basis.
- Official governmental use of the Community Room may supercede a reservation made by an organization. We apologize for any inconvenience. Every effort will be made to give as much notice as possible if this occurs.
If you have any further questions or concerns about reserving the Community Room, please contact Supervisor Herrity's office at 703-451-8873.
