Request to rezone to the PTC District

NOTICE: On June 9, 2011, the application RZ 2010-PR-014 was divided into three cases. RZ/FDP 2010-PR-014A and RZ 2010-PR-014B are scheduled to be heard concurrently before the Planning Commission on September 8, 2011. Information on these two cases is available at the links below. RZ 2010-PR-014C is not scheduled at this time. Information will be provided when it is available.

The application proposes to redevelop an area currently characterized by a mix of low-level industrial uses, car dealerships, and some small office uses.  The fire station (#29) site is also included, as are two existing larger office buildings proposed to remain.  A total of 19 buildings (including the two to remain and a new fire station incorporated in a building) are proposed.  Please see the statement of justification for additional information. 

Neighborhood 1 (Route 7 between Tyco and Spring Hill) appx. 17 acres
Neighborhood 2 (SE quadrant of intersection of Spring Hill and Greensboro) appx. 9 acres
Neighborhood 3 (between Spring Hill and Tyco, opposite terminus of Greensboro) appx. 5.5 acres

Total Site Area: appx. 31.5 acres
