The application proposes an infill residential development on a site currently developed with two office buildings. Two residential towers are proposed with underground parking in the current surface parking lot. As a future phase, an additional 100,000 square feet of office uses are proposed to be added to each of the two existing buildings. (Note that while the application has not been revised, the applicant has indicated their intention to delete the additional office from the proposal.)
