RZ 2010-PR-023/SE 2010-PR-034 (The Mitre Corporation)

A rezoning request with combined CDP/FDP/SE Plat to rezone the MITRE campus in Tysons Corner from the C-3 zoning district to the Planned Tysons Corner Urban District (PTC) in order to permit construction of one additional office building and one free standing parking structure. The request includes a request for a Special Exception (SE) to allow additional parking spaces in excess of the maximum number allowed by the Zoning Ordinance. If approved, the campus would include approximately 1.4 million square feet of office development.
