RZ 2011-PR-005 (NV Commercial and Clyde's Real Estate Group)
Co-applicants: NV Commercial Incorporated and Clyde's Real Estate Group, Inc. The applicant proposes to redevelop six parcels characterize by a mixture of low-density retail and commercial uses--including Clyde's restaurant--into a high-density, transit-oriented mixed-use development. The property consists of Tax Map Parcels 29-3 ((1)) 65, 71, 72, 73, 75 and 78A, which are located on the north side of the intersection of Routes 7 and 123, and are adjacent to the proposed Tysons Central 7 Metro Station. The development is proposed to include a mix of office, hotel, residential, and retail uses, spread among five multi-story buildings options. The total proposal includes 1,307,500 square feet of development, as further detailed below. Total Site Area: 4.78 acres Overall FAR: 6.28
