Application
The approximately 9.4 acre site is proposed to be developed with two possible options. The first option consists almost entirely of office development with approximately 1,279,000 square feet of office development in two buildings proposed for a government agency tenant. A small amount of retail could be included secondary to the office use. The second option consists of a mixed-use development, with approximately 1,809,480 square feet of commercial, residential and retail uses in five multi-story buildings.
