Proffered Condition Amendment (PCA 92-P-001-07)
Applicant, Cityline Partners, LLC, seeks permission to develop a
340,000 square foot office building on the east side of Colshire
Drive (Tax Map 30-3 ((28)) 4A1 pt.) south of the intersection of
Dolley Madison Boulevard and Colshire Drive near the site of the
future Tysons East metro station. The square footage as proposed is
not an increase in intensity from what was previously approved in
this area, but is a combination of redevelopment of the square
footage on the site already in a building to be demolished and a
reallocation of approved but unbuilt square footage from a site on
the western side of Colshire Drive (Tax Map 30-3 ((28)) C1).
