Vendor Internet Portal (VIP)

Fairfax County Government and Fairfax County Public Schools have launched the Fairfax Vendor Internet Portal (VIP). All Vendors are required to register before they can log into the portal and conduct eBusiness with Fairfax County Government (FCG) and Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS). The Fairfax Vendor Internet Portal (VIP) facilitates electronic procurement and accurate data management.

Functions vendors will be able to perform via the Fairfax VIP:

Access the portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding maintenance periods)
Manage User and Company data
Manage NIGP product/commodity codes
View and respond to solicitations (eBidding) - Available Mid-2013

Please be aware that the Fairfax VIP may be unavailable during regular system maintenance, which occurs every Sunday, 6 p.m. - Midnight. Notice of future system outages, outside of the regular maintenance period, will be posted in the VIP.
