Supplier Registration Guide
The Supplier Registration guide provides descriptive, detailed instructions on the registration process for Vendors that meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Have a 10-digit Vendor Number that has been assigned by Fairfax County.
- Have an active contract with Fairfax County Government (FCG) and/or Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS).
- Have received a Purchase Order within the past 24 months.
- Have received a payment for services rendered to any entity of Fairfax County Government (FCG) and/or Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS).
Bidder Registration Guide
The Bidder Registration guide provides descriptive, detailed instructions on the registration process for Vendors that meet all three of the following criteria:
- Do not have an active contract with Fairfax County Government (FCG) and/or Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS).
- Have not received a Purchase Order within the past 24 months.
- Have not received a payment for services rendered to any entity of Fairfax County Government (FCG) and/or Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS).
