FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - UTILITY
Limited emergency financial assistance is available for utilities. State and County fuel programs should be used first. ECHO will consider working with persons living in a subsidized housing if referred by an agency worker. Eligibility is on a case-by-case bases.
