Provides free services to pregnant women and parents of children ages 0-3 years old in both a home and center environment. Weekly home visits by trained family support workers. Also provides developmental and health screenings. Healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks. Offers home-based and center-based programs in Sterling, Woodbridge and Manassas.
