FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - PRESCRIPTIONS
Provides limited, one-time financial assistance for purchase of prescription medications for individuals and families in need. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis by a Fairfax Coordinated Services Planning Social Worker who will send a referral to Brithpaths. A referral does not guarantee assistance. Individuals agree to attend a financial workshop as a condition of receiving the assistance.
