CASE MANAGEMENT - HOUSING
Family Pass provides financial assistance and intensive case management to low income working families with children under age 18. Clients meet regularly with a case manager to develop and implement a strategy for achieving self-sufficiency. Case managers provide financial assistance for rent payments and referrals to resources for education and training, counseling, credit counseling, budget counseling, and other resources as needed.
