Neighborhood and Community Services (NCS) engages, connects and collaborates with individuals, organizations, neighborhoods and communities to provide services and build capacity to support communities and neighborhoods. NCS provides programs and resources, including an information and referral helpline, transportation for the elderly and those with disabilities, program access and scheduling for the county's athletic fields, Virginia Cooperative Extension, and more.
