ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE - OLDER ADULTS AND ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES
Provides daytime care and support to adults with dementia due to Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, or a vascular issues – as well as those who have physical impairments or intellectual disabilities. The program focuses on enabling adults to live a great life no matter their cognitive or physical limitations. A therapeutic recreation specialist leads activities including daily exercise, mental stimulations, entertainment, art, music and pet therapy, baking, and crafts. A registered nurse is on-site to provide health monitoring in addition to medication administration and personal care assistance. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are included, and transportation is available. Join us for lunch and a tour!
