TAX PREPARATION ASSISTANCE
The partnership builds on the existing Volunteer Income Tax Assistors (VITA) program where volunteer IRS Certified tax preparers assist families with tax preparation. The focus is on helping working families with annual household income of less than $42,000 keep and grow their money. The goal is to improve the financial well-being and promote financial literacy of working families in Fairfax County through a multi-year campaign. Sites are open beginning January 24th though April 15th. Availability and hours vary by site location.
