at the Virtual Meeting - Community Engagement Plan Forward Phase 2 community engagement opportunities will commence upon the release of draft Plan text for the Chesapeake Bay Supplement, the Housing element, and the Economic Development and Revitalization element. Community engagement will be conducted during an 8-week period (from October 23, 2026 through December 18, 2026) through live virtual meetings, meeting recordings and materials, and an online community toolkit.
