Problems with Transportation? How to Resolve It

Problems with Transportation? File a Complaint

If you encounter a problem with a transportation provider’s service or accessibility, consider submitting a complaint. This way our community's transportation system can continually improve in providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation to everyone.

Tips for Filing a Complaint

  • Provide as many specific details as possible. This includes the date, time, bus route, rail route, bus number (if applicable), driver’s name, and location that the incident occurred.
  • For complaints filed by email, keep emails and any subsequent confirmation numbers so you can refer back to it if your complaint is not being addressed in a responsive manner.
  • For complaints filed by online forms, keep confirmation numbers and any subsequent emails.
  • For complaints sent by postal mail, add tracking and/or proof of delivery features at the post office and keep this information.
  • For complaints by phone, keep notes on the date and time you called, the name of the person you spoke with, and ask for a confirmation number.
